COMBAHEE, a new musical

An experimental musical and love letter to Black feminisms present, future, and past. The musical follows four friends as they explore what it looks like when Black women and femmes center play and pleasure as protest.

 In a present-day, bold twist on the classic film Breakfast at Tiffany's, Nasima heads to Ghana to ditch romantic conventions, find freedom in dance, and reclaim authenticity through her ancestral spirit guide, Mami Wata.
